07:07 AM ET 06.17 | What will it take to pull Donald Driver back? Four months into retirement, [Driver] is still on the minds of at least a few NFL teams. Phone calls have been coming in to try to get the Green Bay Packers' all-time leading receiver to continue his career elsewhere, but Driver has refused. ... "I decided that I love one team. But I do love the game. At the end of the day, if I get that itch, it would only be for the green and gold." Driver repeated that he would, in fact, return for a 15th season. But only if it was in Green Bay. "If the Packers called me and said, 'Drive, come back to training camp,' I'd be back for training camp," he said. "But until then, I'll be sitting at home and just watching football."

As long as Packers have Rodgers, they will remain competitive.

Good for him... Of course he probably invested his money well so he doesn't have to try and play somewhere else.

Unlike other gold-digging WR's that pop up here from time to time...

The Anti-Favre when it comes to classy retirement.

Or, they could offer him the minimum and see just " How deep is his love?"

They won't call. They just let their top reciver walk,. They have moved on and so should you. Stay classy Driver.

Honestly, why would they call him back? In 13 games last year he recorded 8 receptions and a season total of 77 yards.

That is what the official NFL stats say. At $2.5 million a year on his old contract, that would be about $300,000 a catch. That must be the Gold in his Green and Gold speech.

The things you see on the side are not the same for everybody, they're based on different websites you've viewed or searches you've done.

I'm with you... If I need to see a piece of meat butterflied open, I'll stick with a ribeye.

Hard to believe, but he wasn't even active for a hand full of games.
They also just drafted 2 WR's that look pretty good.
But you never know, injuries happen. This guys name/number will be in the ring of honor before Favre. Class act his entire career, and one of the nicest and most genuine people Ive ever met.
