I don't know why it's taking too long to sign him as part of management. It's not like his wife to be doesn't have a big part w/ the Lakers...smh

Egos are a detrimental to an organization sometimes. We're talking about you Jimboy...

Maybe but what's more important is putting his ego aside and do what's best for the Lakers and not his big ego.

I think Jimmy Buss is doing a fine job and should continue to lead this organization into its bright future.

It's time to get this House of Lakers in order. Remove Jimmy Buss from his position, make Jeanie in charge of the entire organization and bring in Phil as head of basketball operations. That ought to do it.

Oh and if possible bring back Jerry West as a consultant.

Yeah Phil is returning to the Lakers. When he drops Jeanie Buss off at work. I wonder if he flips off his future brother in-law off when he sees him.

Waste a mind like Phil is a crime. Jimmy boy should do what his dad did. Let the professionals do their job, listen and write the checks. The banners at Staples is a proof that it works.

Jerry West and Phil are not very close and to tell the truth, I think they dislike each other.

The only banners recently hung in Staples were due to Sterling's management. Just saying...:)
