12:14 PM ET 06.20 | Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Alex Cobb, who suffered a terrifying injury when Kansas City Royals first baseman Eric Hosmer hit a comeback line drive directly to his head, has fluid buildup in his ear -- this according to Rays manager Joe Maddon. Thankfully though, the concern over the fluid is minor -- assuming fluid from an injury could ever be considered "minor." Cobb was diagnosed with a mild concussion after taking the hit off of the right side of his head and while he'd like to return to the mound at some point this season, it's probably an unlikely scenario.
