12:19 PM ET 06.21 | Clemson police have released a video of two men who vandalized one of the school's greatest landmark, Howard's Rock. Two men in a white pickup truck pulled up late on June 2, and a second video of them taken 10 minutes later show them celebrating and driving away. No arrests have been made for the men, who broke the glass enclosure and broke off a piece of the rock, but it shouldn't be long before someone is brought in.

The trees at Toomer's, and now Howard's Rock? Is nothing sacred anymore?

Van, you Domers better keep a close eye on touchdown jesus. Apparently desecrating fabled CFB monuments is all the rage these days.

I bet the two men were from Baton Rouge, trying to get revenge for losing to Clemson, last year!!! :-)

Trust me, Oldtimer. Athens, Al is a veritable oasis compared to Clemson. Clemson is also known as "Auburn with a lake".

Thanks for the info!! Everyone has an opinion, that is what is so great about the United States!!! :-) I see that the population of Athens AL, is 21,897. One would think that a "veritable oasis", would have more people than that living there!!!

He was comparing it to Clemson, SC - which has a population under 14,000.

So.....

No, our idea of a great place to reside does not include urban population centers. Traffic and crowded streets are not for me. When we last visited your state, I found that I was more comfortable in Mendocino than Palo Alto. I do enjoy New York City, San Francisco, Chicago, Denver, etc., but I prefer to live in the Tennessee River Valley. I guess we all tend to think our hometowns are preferable to others.
