04:10 PM ET 06.21 | Alabama Crimson Tide left tackle Cyrus Kouandjio is one of the most talented players in college football and he has the makings of a first-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, but he had a minor setback this offseason that required him to miss some time. The star offensive lineman had arthroscopic shoulder surgery this offseason. The good news is that the surgery was nothing serious. The report states that Kouandjio is already back with the team and able to lift, so that is a clear indication that he is making great improvements and he will be ready to go for the season-opener against Virginia Tech.

Ok, I'll ask here, too. What is best website to find a job? Or best avenue? I have tried headhunters, one got me in and talked to me, but nothing came of it.

Good thing it wasn't serious otherwise it's cut city.

Never had much luck with job websites or headhunters. I usually have researched and found businesses on my own and apply directly. Not much help am I. Sorry.
