04:50 PM ET 06.21 | Former Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly will not need to undergo chemotherapy or radiation treatments in his ongoing fight with cancer, according to an update from television sports anchor John Kucko, based out of Rochester, N.Y., on Wednesday. Kucko says, per a source close to Kelly, that the Bills great is "doing well." Kelly announced he had been diagnosed with cancer at his golf tournament earlier in June, and, as you'd expect, received an outpouring of support from the Buffalo community as well as former and current Bills players. Kelly had surgery soon after on his upper jaw. The procedure, which he had at the Erie County Medical Center, went well.
