06:00 PM ET 06.21 | The Los Angeles Clippers and Boston Celtics are still unable to reach a deal that would send Doc Rivers to Los Angeles and now Rivers is no longer expected to pursue the Clippers coaching vacancy. As of Friday talks have stopped again between the sides, and now the deal may officially be dead if Rivers has lost his interest in joining the Clippers organization. The Clippers were reluctant to offer any compensation to Boston on Thursday, but have put a lottery protected first-round draft pick on the table on Friday according to sources close to the conversations being had.

GTFOH Rivers. Don't let me lose respect for you. Ainge doesn't wanna let you go, so just honor the contract. If you REALLY wanna move on, resign as Boston's HC, then Stern or Ainge or nobody can stop you from getting a new job (of course you won't get that cushy $7M per deal EVER!). Tired of this dilly-dallying stories.

Not does this also means Paul is done in LA?
