11:33 AM ET 06.22 | With the Boston Bruins looking to change things up after an overtime loss in Game 4, head coach Claude Julien was looking at different options during the team's skate on Friday as they look for answers. One of the boosts they need could come in the form of rookie forward Carl Soderberg, who played just six games this season. According to reports, Soderberg skated on the fourth line with Rich Peverley and Shawn Thornton during the Bruins practice in an obvious sign that Julien is considering giving him playing time in Game 5.

So far it's a little Kane on a Saturday night.

Rask looks a little more human each game...

Bruins are doing a lot of hitting, but not shooting.

If the Bruins would quit hitting and play....it might be a better game. More hit is just less possession time

2-1, getting close!!!

Can't say Chara wasn't involved, he was on for all four goals.

So the B's lose Bergeron, and maybe for the series! Huge loss (understatement).

I heard this a lot during the Conference Championships but I can't remember about who????????

Turnagain - a little fair play might be a better - IN order. The day is soon coming when no mother in her right mind is going to let her son play Hackey in this Nat Ho League. Now we're just watching a bunch of over-tired, walking wounded, dazed and confused, so-called warriors beat themselves senseless in a somewhat boring poorly-played giveaway fest - what was it in game 4, 50-60 giveaways - 21 in one period by one team, or something like that - you used to see about one a month in the old days, and the guy spent about 6 weeks to six months in the minors when it happened a second time. This is getting ugly, and dangerous - give me the tough guys and the fights anyday. Save Hockey Now - Dump The Stump.

What? you don't like them beating themselves senseless, and you call for the return of the tough guys and fighters?

What is needed is a return of the rule book regardless of the month of the year.

Bruins are not initiating play, they're reacting to it after the fact. They need something soon.

..... or how much time is left on the clock.

BTW, I've heard that Toews was so dazed and confused that he even whined to the ref for not calling Michael Frolik tripping Torey Krug with 17 seconds left. ;-)

The tough guys and the 'policemen' took care of what ref-fardels didn't or wouldn't - it wasn't much better under Ziegler, but it was better, and Campbell's tenure wasn't much better than the Zman's, but, it was better - and the players got most of the goons straightened out, even if sometimes it was after the fact. I agree totally with callling it completely by the book - which they seem to have absolutely no trouble doing at the Olympics, when mostly the same officials, call the game completely differently from their Nat Ho work. This year is just plain sick, and it really is time for the actual police, and the Feds to step in and start charging the people running the league with conspiracy, dereliction of civic responsibility, and anything else on the books, that will get rid of these shills and shysters once and for all. We want hockey, not hackey or schlockey.

May not be a bad idea...but the thing that bothers me about Julien is that he's reluctant to trust rookies.

He's not your typical rookie though. The guy is 27 and had been playing professional hockey over in Sweden for 10 yrs.
