09:51 PM ET 06.23 | There have been whispers in recent days that long-time consensus No. 1 overall pick Nerlens Noel may not actually be selected first by the Cavaliers in the upcoming draft, with questions about his surgically repaired knee causing some concern. However, Noel was in Cleveland last week to be evaluated by the Cavs' medical staff, and everything checked out fine. ???The doctor said everything was perfect,??? Noel said. ???All three teams I???ve been to said it looks 100 percent fine and I???m definitely ahead of schedule. It???s all been positive feedback.??? Noel isn't doing any jumping yet, but he's running and doing some basketball activities. He hopes to return to the court in November or December.

Not sure how Len's foot injury would be a better risk. 7-footers with foot injuries usually turn into chronic foot injuries.

This dude is Stomile Smift, reincarnated.

The Charlotte Hornets (Bobcats for one more year) should not touch this guy...unless they want to stay par for the course and keep blowing it on draft picks. Let someone else learn the hard way.

This guy has "BUST" written all over him!
