07:22 AM ET 06.25 | The Game is a mere 158 days away, but it's never far from the minds of the Buckeyes or Wolverines. Michigan quarterback Devin Gardner didn't mince words when asked for one word to describe how he feels about the upcoming season for the Wolverines. "Ecstatic," Gardner said Monday on the "Huge Show" on WBBL 107.3 FM. "That's the one word I can think of that describes this season and how I feel about it." Bill Simonson, host of the Huge Show, asked Gardner if Michigan is a championship-caliber team that can beat Ohio State in Michigan Stadium this November. "We always have room for improvement, but this is definitely a championship-caliber football team that will win in the Big House against Ohio State," Gardner said. "We don't feel we're inferior to anyone in the country."

Deep Creek has an avi that says that is not true.Just helping you out, like you did with the get out of jail card yesterday.

My effort was better than my results.

You need someone to give it a try that has more credibility with the mods than I do.

So, he thinks they are as good as anyone in the country? Did they improve enough to overcome the 27 point differential they had last year to Alabama?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha This guy is a nut. I can hardly wait to see his face when Michigan goes down YET AGAIN this year to Ohio State. This is going to be great.

Well he's talked the talk, now it's time for Michigan to walk the walk...............

No. Correction. The University of Michigan are losers. That can hardly be debated.

Uh oh, here we go. As much as I hate Michigan, the kid didn't really say anything wrong. What's he supposed to say? "Uhh, we are good but I don't think we can take on that incredible squad donning the scarlet and gray in our own weird stadium." Honestly, if you did an objective position by position breakdown (besides left tackle), I think the Buckeyes own almost every one.

Early-morning popcorn!!

pOSU vs TSUN....this should be good for another 200+ posts today.

Have fun, fellas

The kid must have forgot, the unabashed bravado that was Hart, Henne and Long.
They all came back their Sr. year to beat tOSU, win the B1G and national championship. We all heard them "talk" about it for months. They went on to start the season against Appalacian St (OOPS), then Oregon made it two losses straight in the Big outHouse (OOPS). Got it together for 8 games, thinking they're going to win the B1G (OOPS). Lose to UW and then they lose their 4th straight to tOSU Buckeyes.

So yea, go on and brag you blue and yellow weasel. We'll see who's talking after the 30th of Novenber!

GO BUCKS!!!

Great!!!! Smack talk already.

The smacks, after the smack talk, during 'the game' is what counts. TSUN has seemed to forget this much.

Look for Gardner to match his interceptions count.
