03:48 PM ET 06.26 | It's been known the Houston Rockets were shopping Thomas Robinson, and more specifically his salary, to open up cap space in the Dwight Howard free agency extravaganza. Now, it's becoming clear which teams could help Houston out. The Cleveland Cavaliers and Chicago Bulls are offering their respective first-round pick at 19th and 20th overall in exchange for the second-year forward who was the fifth overall pick in 2012. The Cavs have been active in trade talks and might use the 19th pick to swap with Dallas for its 13th overall pick, so their status remains in limbo. Either way, the Rockets now have a basis of value for Robinson. If they can shed his salary, it's likely they draft and stash a European player like Dennis Schroeder, Sergey Karasev or Rudy Gobert to save valuable salary cap space to land Howard.

If HOU is SO desperate to get rid of Thomas's salary, why not just buy him out? They've been trying to ship him for months now.
