06:23 PM ET 06.27 | Ideally, the Cleveland Cavaliers receive a 2014 first-round pick and a veteran presence in return for their first overall pick in Thursday's draft. That would work toward owner Dan Gilbert's goal of making the playoffs as soon as possible. But pulling picks in the deep, talented 2014 draft from other teams is difficult. There's not much doing thus far. Cleveland has been aggressive in looking at all their options, and it's possible they continue the shopping even if the clock runs out come the beginning of the draft. The Cavs will consider dealing whomever they select after the fact, according to ESPN's Chad Ford.

The only thing they'll get for their Number 1 pick is a song. How about "I Left My Heart In San Francisco". Sound good to me.
