07:01 AM ET 06.28 | Credit Robert Gill for finding a way to get his name out there, so to speak, with a little bit of self-promotion. [Gill] is a 29-year-old rookie who will attempt to catch on with the Arizona Cardinals in training camp. Until then, the wide receiver can enjoy his status as a viral video star. Gill recently posted a video on YouTube in which he sprints on a treadmill at 25 miles per hour. It's completely insane. Far be it from us to criticize how a professional athlete chooses to train, but this seems to be a good way to make your hamstrings explode. Then again, 6.3 on the treadmill represents our personal panic zone.

He does it for exactly 3 seconds. Not worth watching.

Better than the video recordings Aaron Hernandez recently starred in.

That timing would give him a grade of infinite for the 40 yard. No wonder he did not get drafted sooner. Seriously, I guess he has played Arena football so who knows?

How long can you run on a treadmill (without holding on to anything) at 25 mph?
...

Arians and Goodwin will have to tweak their playbook to take advantage of this guy. If Palmer can hit him, that is.

And the video is such poor quality you can't read the numbers on the treadmill.

They claim 25mph... but it could be anything.

If you watched, he did hold on. Sure, I can't do it, just saying there isn't much to see.

...one MASSIVE if.

He can run fast, but that doesn't do a bit of good unless you can catch. On the other hand, Steve Largent was a great WR, and he was clocked using a calendar not a stopwatch.

Arizona has been known to be duped before (Beanie Wells, Leinhart)so a 29 year old rookie is right up their alley.

I watched the video, and my first thought is that it's not genuine. Reminds me of the commercial where the ball girl jumps up the wall, pushes off, and catches the foul ball.

Means nothing. Rice never could run that fast, didn't need to.
