12:24 AM ET 06.29 | On Thursday, news broke that top kickboxing promotion GLORY had signed a multi-year deal to have their shows broadcast on Spike. As a result, many naturally wondered whether or not that meant there would be any crossover between Bellator, the mixed martial arts organization currently airing on the channel. Insofar as GLORY is concerned, the door is open for a talent exchange program. "If the opportunity shows up with a fighter," Marcus Luer, the managing direction of Glory Sports International said, "we are open to explore...We had some discussions with [Bellator CEO] Bjorn [Rebney] a while back but nothing concrete." At the time of this writing, Bellator has declined comment.
