12:56 AM ET 06.29 | UFC lightweight Melvin Guillard was found guilty on Thursday on two counts of aggravated. However, the former Jackson's fighter will not face jail time. According to court records, Guillard's charges are a result of a bar fight from September of 2010 in Albuquerque, N.M. "That was an incident that happened when I first got to Jackson's," Guillard said. "To put it all out there, I'm fighting charges because I was jumped by a general manager and five security guards." Guillard was sentenced to 364 days in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Bernalillo County, N.M. However, that sentence has been suspended and instead, he'll face two-years probation and 40 hours of community service.
