Milwaukee Bucks pursuing Gary Neal

11:52 AM ET 07.09 | The San Antonio Spurs are reportedly not looking to bring back restricted free agent guard, Gary Neal. Signing Marco Belinelli this summer almost made that a certainty. The Milwaukee Bucks are one of the four teams in the mix for Gary Neal. The Spurs could match any offers made to Gary Neal since he is a restricted free agent. The belief is that the Spurs aren't looking to bring him back. The Bucks make sense since they've lost Monta Ellis and J.J. Redick this offseason. Neal isn't likely to start, but is a good depth and off-the-bench player. Last year in San Antonio he averaged 9.5 points per game, and his career average from behind the arcis nearly 40 percent.

Belinelli is a choker.

This is terrible.

Why let Neal walk and keep Bonner?

Neal is the only player we have that is clutch behind the arc. And we are letting him walk.

This is a Wino Pop move, one more step to becoming the YMCA Spurs.

Neal was fun to watch and if didn't contribute in the Finals the Heat would have gone 4-2.

I'm on board with this signing for the Bucks, especially after losing Redick and Dunleavey.

Neal was on the money early on in the Finals, but was MIA when the title was on the line. The Heat had Green on lock down for Games 6 & 7, thus the Spurs went down.
