07:06 AM ET 07.17 | Days away from opening training camp, Dallas had quarterback depth on its mind. [The Cowboys] worked out three quarterbacks Tuesday, according to a source. Kyle Padron, Chase Clement and Alex Tanney all worked out at Valley Ranch. Padron, from Southlake, Texas, spent three seasons at SMU before leaving and playing the 2012 season at Eastern Washington. He threw for 17 touchdowns and seven interceptions last season. Clement was cut this summer by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the CFL. In four seasons at Rice, Clement threw for 9,785 yards, 99 touchdowns and 34 interceptions. Tanney, a record-setting quarterback at NCAA Division III Monmouth College, was cut by the Kansas City Chiefs in May after spending the 2012 season with the team.

Wow.

So, which one is going to play the "Tebow Role" in Dallas?

Yeah, I know. Even JJ isn't that stupid.

There you go Jerrah.... Keep the ship sailing.

So typical of what they have done since they drafted Aikman. That's a fine collection to look at, so long as they will be used for nothing more than being used in catching drills for the receivers.

Just so long as it's not Tebow himself.

When Tebow came out of college, Jerrah said he couldn't see him on the field... While drunk in a bar one night.

He probably gets a rush out of everyone looking at him in awe. Surely the guy can have whatever he wants to drink in privacy, but where's the fun in that for Jerrah ?

Don't know this is Jerry's decision as much as it is Garrett's. All the same though = 0

These QB's are for "live arms" for camp.

Romo and Orton are the easy 1-2 for years to come...any camp signing is for just that...camp.
