12:28 PM ET 07.19 | While one Dallas Cowboys linebacker may be limited at the start of training camp, there is another that will be ready to go. Sean Lee, who missed 10 games last season with a dislocated toe, is ready to come in to training camp and work toward getting in game shape for the upcoming season. According to reports, Lee is "good to go" for training camp. Lee is entering the final year of his rookie contract, so he will need to stay healthy and show the same flashes of brilliance that we have seen from him early on in his career if he hopes to cash in on a big deal next offseason.

Somehow I think the final outcome will be the same for Dallas this year.

I agree. I don't think Romo is worth the fat cash they tossed his way.

By the way, if you want to see something entertaining, check out the hit Golden Tate put on Sean Lee last season. All I can say is, OUCH!

Huh.

Personally I think the lack of aggression in free agency and the draft was a nice change of pace. I'm hopeful that the roster continuity will pay dividends this season.

Of course Romo was worth the money. For one, his restructuring freed up critical cap space and for another, what were they gonna do, let Romo walk and take their chances with Orton?

Lol.

BS... he had to get a new contract because no way they let him walk. BUT the fat deal he got. The Brady/Manning deal he is now paid - he is NOT worth this money, has not earned it and it reflective of the idiot GM Dallas has.

One thing to give a guy a new contract, another thing to pay him HOFer type money. Romo is no HOFer and with a 1-6 record in elimination games, it's hard to say, "of course romo was worth the money!" Just my take!!!

LOL... how did this post on Lee become a Romo discussion? Good to hear Lee is healthy!!

It's not Hall of Famer money that Romo will be earning. It's fair market value.

This.

The Cowboys defense is immeasurably better when Lee is on the field. Such a smart player, and has a nose for the ball. Also fundamentally sound.

Nice player.
