09:16 AM ET 07.20 | A Harris County state district judge Friday instructed attorneys for former Texans defensive lineman Mario Williams to turn over his cellular phone and certain financial and medical records for potential examination by attorneys for Williams' former fianc'e. State District Judge Larry Weiman's ruling came during the latest episode in the legal squabble between Williams, who now plays for the Bills, and Erin Marzouki of Houston, whom he sued in May to regain possession of a 10.04-carat diamond engagement ring. The two were engaged from February 2012 through January of this year. Tony Buzbee, the Houston attorney representing Marzouki, was seeking a wide range of financial and medical records from Williams, including his tax returns, his contract with the Bills, financial and medical records dating back to 2011 and access to Williams' cell phone to check text messages and other data.

Sounds predominantly irrelevant.

At least Mario didn't mail the ring to her.

Next time send her a virtual ring. If it does not work out you can just delete it.

If they were never married, why would anybody be asking for his tax returns and contract with the Bills? Is this normal when you dump the GF?

Dummy started the litigation process by suing her. So, game on. A gift is a gift, that is why they call it a gift. Nothing written out so he is out. His attorney is taking him for a ride on this one.

Not anymore. All is fair game now from their time together. all of it....

Mario ripped off the Bills for millions. He better hope they don't sue him to return some serious cash.

Exactly. Once Mario started this little cluster**** he opened himself up to being publicly humiliated by her attorneys. They will ask for all sorts of things just to be a pain.

The only ring he should concern himself with is the one he does not have. Dummy....A ring is a lot cheaper than support payments for the rest of his life....Everybody pays for it somehow. That thing she threw out there ain't free.

Yep. Just pay one fee now instead of court-ordered installment plans.
