12:25 PM ET 07.22 | Denver Broncos Pro Bowl linebacker Von Miller is facing a four-game suspension for violating NFL policy, multiple sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter. The case currently is in the appeals process so it's uncertain whether the suspension ultimately will stand. The league has a strict confidentiality clause on such cases. If case works the way it's supposed to, the NFL only would comment if the appeal failed.

"strict confidentiality clause" yet we all know it's for pot.

Isn't 4 games always for a second failed drug test??? So, it's not hard to guess what NFL policy he broke. And it looks like the cat is out of the bag on what drug he broke it with!

Oh, and 'strict confidentiality' doesn't apply to unnamed sources who leak stories! Or at least it seems that way.....

With so many states making it legal for medicinal use, and a few just outright legalizing it, they are starting to look a bit silly with this rule.

Good thing he chose football instead of baseball, otherwise this would be an incredibly damaging story.
