Cleveland's unsettling positions

06:53 AM ET 07.23 | The countdown to camp is on, as is the quarterback competition. Browns coach Rob Chudzinski threw quarterback into the mix Monday when asked which positions are the most unsettled heading into camp. "There are quite a few positions on the team as you go through the roster," he said in a pre-camp interview. "We'll start on defense. The safety position, we'll have good competition there, and the corner position as well. You move over to offense and ... the guard position. Obviously the receiver position, we'll be looking to see where guys fit in there. The quarterback position." ... Although the top job is up for grabs, he said Brandon Weeden will still get the first-team reps in training camp, followed by Jason Campbell with the second team and Brian Hoyer with the third team.

Nothing to see here that hasn't been seen before, and before, and before and...well you get the point!

GO BROWNS!

I haven't seen much from these other 2 guys lately to threaten Weeden's job.

It's Cleveland, no offence but really what difference does it make? It's like who's going to be the Bills qb.......

8-8 gives you a more comfortable couch than 5-11. I'd imagine that the long-time Browns players have their couches pretty well broken in by now.

Are you kidding me, Cleveland fans have never given up hope! Every year we keep killing ourselves all because of hope!!! The difference between Browns and Steelers fans is that Cleveland fans are not fair weather, we stick with our teams through thick and thin (mostly thin).

But its a "Couch" nonetheless! You can't make mountains out of molehills.

Plenty of Hot Clicks ladies (not today, unfortunately) would disagree with you on that point.

The Browns have lost 57 games the last five years and gone through 6 head coaches in the last 10 years. And at this point the starting QB for the Browns is Jimmy Haslam's least concern.

Yep......just need to throw them all in a sack ....shake it up.......and pull the lucky winner out.

It ain't like they have a guy thats far more better of a QB then the other .....there Back-ups on most teams at best.

Think the Browns might be his least concern with the trouble he is in.

He needs to be concerned about the quality of those nasty restrooms he owns...

Rest Area urinals are less offensive.

True. His biggest concern now is whether he'll be personally indicted in the Pilot J scandal.

The Ginger Dictator is no doubt watching this, and wondering how he's going to deal with it. How can he discipline an owner?

"I'm sorry, Mr. Haslam, but you can't own this team for the first 4 games of the 2013 season."

Those seem to be much better but apparently more apt for...nocturnal ships in the night.
