07:06 AM ET 07.24 | On momentum alone, Anthony Davis has to like his chances for Rio. [Davis] is a former No. 1 draft pick and an Olympic gold medalist. Neither fact has the Chicago native resting on his laurels as he participates in USA Basketball's minicamp this week. "I don't think I'm a lock at all (for the 2016 Olympics)," Davis said Tuesday. "I have to earn my spot." Davis averaged 3.7 points and 2.7 rebounds as the youngest member of the 2012 U.S. team in London. "It was a great experience," he said. "I had a lot of fun, and the guys really taught me a lot about hard work. Hopefully, I can bring everything I learned to minicamp here and make the national team moving forward."

If your trying to make it as a Center you might want to poke Cousins because Andre Drummond is the future (yes thats the homer in me) at Center for the 2016 games....his offensive game should be modest are better by then.

Worry about the present and prove something first before thinking about 2016.
