07:15 AM ET 07.26 | The Longhorns can hope their newest recruiting tool brings a thundering of talent: The Texas Stampede, which opens Saturday, marks the final big recruiting event of the summer in Austin. [But] another big-time visitor is expected to visit campus on Monday. Four-star running back Dalvin Cook, the No. 4 running back in the country and No. 22 overall in the ESPN 300, is planning an unofficial visit with his family to check out the Longhorns' campus on Monday and Tuesday. The Miami Central back is currently committed to Florida and has been since April after originally making a pledge to Clemson. Several programs -- including Miami, USC and Alabama -- have continued to recruit the 5-foot-11, 196-pound Under Armour All-American. Now Texas is in the mix, too.

First he pledges Clemson, then da Gatahs -- he'll make up his mind at some point.

This is why coaches keep recruiting guys even after committing, with of course the exception of non-tOSU B1G coaches.

I'll believe it when I see it.

The SEC has a history of flopping money around and flipping recruits.

I couldn't resist. You can clip a corner off my SEC Homer Card if you want as punishment.

No corner clipping for you.

You should not be punished for telling the truth. Least that is what my mama said as she proceeded to whip my butt.

Bama lock....aren't they all????-If they are chicken enough to want to play one of the easiest SEC schedules and continue to do so for years to come. Cannot figure out why the SEC Commissioner forever gives Alabama such an easy schedule. No UG, Georgia or SC on their schedule. NO, they get the likes of KY, TN and other bottom feeders then have the gall to play Georgia Southern also.

If Saban ever had to coach, really coach against a tough schedule he would wet his pants along with his team. Gawd, what a smell.
