11:02 AM ET 07.31 | Things have not gone as expected for the Los Angeles Lakers and Steve Nash. Hoping to bolster their point guard position, the Lakers acquired Nash last year and promptly signed him to a three year, $27 million deal. Health issues, which the Santa Clara product was already experiencing in Phoenix prior to his arrival in Los Angeles continued to haunt him as he struggled to stay on the court. Nash played in just 50 of the Lakers 82 games and was ineffective in a handful of games he did play due to injury. Now, multiple sources have said the Lakers play to keep Nash on a tight minutes restriction this year but the Canadian-born star says he's going to be healthy this season, suggesting that while he still has some pain, in two months he'll be 100 percent.

Sorry bro, we doubted the Lakers. Especially since Farmar is back too, the banner is inevitable.

For his age I thought he'd be smart enough to know that nobody can guarantee the future. I don't know who he's trying to fool with that statement but we all know he's old and prone to what old age comes with. Anyone that believes Nash on this is headed for a break down. As for that 17 banner... it aint happening with Kobe around. His attitude has become too toxic for any good.
