07:23 AM ET 08.06 | At 6-foot-8 and 34 pounds, Miami senior Seantrel Henderson is hard to miss -- harder still when one considers all the hype he's had trouble living up to since arriving as a heralded prospect compared to the likes of Orlando Pace and Jonathan Ogden. Hurricanes coach Al Golden said he noticed a change in Henderson before last season, but ... "We didn't get all of Seantrel yet," Golden said. "I think we're finally starting to get all of Seantrel. In other words, a total commitment from him. So, we'll see if that continues." Henderson's combination of size and skills in high school drew comparisons to NFL stars Orlando Pace and Jonathan Ogden, who was inducted in the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday. "I can't say that I ignored it," he said of the hype.

Anyone else remember all the fuss about how AWESOME this kid was gonna be? I think it's safe to call him a "Huge" bust.

He would have been awesome if he stuck with USC and Ed Orgeron, but he didn't want to deal with a bowl ban and sanctions so he went to a place he would never have to deal with problems like that.

Well done Scratch.

At least the last part anyway and it should qualify you for Sarcasm of the Day Award.

His biggest burden was a celebrity wannabe father (remember, he pushed the kid to USC so he, the old man, could trade on the son's FB ability to build a career in LA as a Rap singer).
No wonder the kid's head was twisted. Perhaps he's finally growing up.

C'mon svt. Even YOU have to admit that this kid kinda sucks, especially with all the accolades he got coming out of HS. Even IF he has one very good season, he's still gotta be considered a bust.

You know I respect the 'Canes, and can't wait for our matchups to be the "Game of the Century" again, but THIS year, I'm afraid it's gonna be another beatdown from my 'Noles for your boys.

Hard to know what to expect from Henderson but one thing is certain, he's no Orlando Pace or Jonathan Ogden.
