01:34 PM ET 08.06 | Running back Mark Ingram came into the NFL with a Heisman Trophy on his resume, but like a lot of Heisman winners, he hasn't lived up to the hype. In his first two seasons he has rushed for a total of 1,076 yards and averaging 3.9 yards per carry. Ingram has improved though and is turning heads at the New Orleans Saints training camp.

Last year he gets a mulligan because the head bounty hunter/liar/cheater was suspended all season. This year we find out if he's a bust.

Can you decline the Heisman, because that seems to be a 'kiss of death'. Well except for the money thrown their way.

Manziel seems to have made some nice coin. Outside of RGIII and to a lesser extent Cam Newton, the winners as of late don't bring it to the next level. Troy Smith and Tebow, anyone?

If Johnny boy doesn't change his ways it might be the only good coin he makes

Correct, sir. I tend to forget USC QBs...who doesn't?

Sounds like daddy has a few bucks. He won't be living off mac and cheese any time soon. I still think he'll end up at Betty Ford before the NFL.

True. After all, Reggie Bush will never make the kind of money he made in college.

It could be worse. Bush could have an SEC education. There's only so many Subway sandwich shops that need managers.

Ouch. But if he has anything left the Lions sure could use it.

The Lions? Heck, the city of Detroit needs the cash! Hard to put out arson when you layoff the fire department.

I'm just a smart Alec. Is take it as well as give it. If I offended or irritated you I apologize, but recommend you find a Disney board to post on before you read the mean stuff that comes down the pipe from others, especially about Detroit. In other words: It's just the Internet.

Should've been Vince Young's Heisman, anyway.

I'm still willing to bet any type of money, the money trail in the Manziel mess ends at the alumnni of an SEC school not named Texas A&M.

He might have traded it in for some Cheesecake Factory coupons by now.

He's shining? Is he covered in some kind of fluorescent paint?
