07:11 AM ET 08.08 | Greg Jennings, who moved across the aisles of one of football's more intense intra-division border battles, was asked Wednesday by former Vikings linebacker Ben Leber if Minnesota had the makeup of a championship team. "We do. We really do. One of the things that obviously drew me to coming over here was the makeup of the team. And when I came over here ... I was kind of brainwashed. There's no kinda to it. Being over in Green Bay you're brainwashed to think that anyone in the division is just tiers below. ... The response got a laugh out of Leber, but Jennings said he was serious even though "it sounds crazy." "Everything that you know in Green Bay is like 'the best.. the best.. the best.. the best.. the best', and it's like total brainwashing."

"The best" team will finish on top of the NFC North. And that's not going to be Chicago, Minnesota or Detroit.

The brainwashing is different in Minnesota. Disappoint the fans, disappoint the fans, disappoint the fans.

It is called pride.

August 8, 2013  08:13 AM ET

It's called a mindset, Greg

That's a big word for Greg. Greg just pawn in game of NFC North.

Why does this guy hate GB so much now ??

RIP, Mongo. I miss the man as much as the character he played.

QUOTE(#6):

Because the Vikings are telling him they've got the best line, the best D, the best QB, and he feels like he was lied to.

Every since those old spice commercials, this guy has been annoying.

It wasn't brainwashing Greg, it was reality.

As he is soon to learn...

When the Packers washed Jennings' brain, they obviously didn't use soap.

The guy is just a punk.

He was annoying way before then.

Vikes are scary good if they had a good QB. Problem is, thats the biggest IF in the game..

After losing their starting left tackle, I'd prob take that bet. Their D is absolutely teribble, I think it'll depend on whether Lacey brings them any sort of a running game.

August 8, 2013  09:20 AM ET

I'm pretty sure Jennings' objective is to have both Minnesota and Green Bay fans hating him before opening day kickoff.

So you're saying he's succumbed again to brainwashing and not CIA material.

Maybe that attitude has something to do with GB's success?

They did pretty well last year with no defense, a poor offensive line, and no running game. I don't see why it will be any different this year. The NFC North just doesn't have any real competition for Green Bay.

The Vikings' team photo consists of only Adrian Peterson, the Lions' have too many maturity issues, and the Bears have been an overrated team with a mediocre QB for a few years.
