07:16 AM ET 08.08 | Philadelphia still needs a new head coach -- though that search appears to be heating up -- but adding players remains a priority. According to Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski, per ProBasketballTalk, the Sixers are interested in point guard Chris Duhon. The Knicks are also reportedly in talks with the 30-year-old veteran. In 46 games for the Lakers last season, Duhon averaged 2.9 points and 2.9 assists per game while playing 17.8 minutes a night. He has career averages of 6.5 points, 4.4 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game. Duhon previously played two seasons for the Knicks from 2008-10. The nine-year pro has also spent time in Chicago and Orlando.

If a player is young and promising, he probably isn't in the d league.

They have to be over the NBA minimum for salary threshold which is why they are trying to sign all these vet while they tank this season. Not surprising at all...

Don't know that I've ever seen an organization go this long without a coach. If your a player for the Sixers? You can't have much faith in the organization.

If you're a player for the Sixers, make sure you sign a month-to-month lease. Why have faith in an organization that you probably won't be part of next year anyway?

Question: how the hell has this dude managed to stay in the league?

Exactly Sixers are getting 1year players just to maintain league rules for salary. They don't want players signed longterm and we are tanking. Duhon will be second, third string and will not stunt any development of Carter-Williams
