Johnny Manziel, teammates 'joust' in locker room

10:36 AM ET 08.24 | This week marked what most college football athletes will call the dog days of fall camp. With two-a-days wrapping up, just one week remains before there's no longer any tackling of your own teammates and instead an actual opponent. For Texas A&M players, a week from Saturday couldn't come soon enough when they will play Rice at Kyle Field. In one of the most potentially distracting offseasons to date, the team could have easily sat back in the shadow of allegations and further scandal. Instead they appear to be having an overall good time like most 18-to-22 year-old guys playing football should. A&M players posted videos Thursday of "locker room jousting" complete with helmets and laundry carts serving their medieval equipment. Freshman wide receiver Ricky Seals-Jones caught the action on camera along with several other Aggie players.

The mods/headline writers really had to work for it, but they managed to get a daily Manziel story posted.

This video made the 10:00 news in DFW. Fox 4 showed it over and over. Really dumb.

Are we to deduce that TAMU grads have not only captured the governor's office but infiltrated local news teams as well?

Another "What are they thinking?"

What's up with the sound being turned on on the video, I keep turning it off, but a few times at work, I've logged to this website with the sound on the computer "on" and the crap from the video starts blaring out.

Ags have good news coverage in the DFW market. Belo Broadcasting led the way with their ABC affiliate and the Dallas Morning News. Star Telegram was slow to follow suit. However most of the Ags I know still whine and complain about preferrential treatment of the longhorns in the media.

If anything, TCU fans should be the ones complaining they don't receive much coverage and it's their back yard.
