The nation's most underrated player?

07:21 AM ET 08.26 | Atop a list that includes, among others, Northwestern's Venric Mark, Stanford's Trent Murphy, West Virginia's Charles Sims, and Wisconsin's Jared Abbrederis, Stefon Diggs may rank No. 1 as the least talked-about great player in the country. Struggling to keep QBs healthy (the Terps had to play four quarterbacks including a linebacker in 2012) doesn't make the life of a wideout any easier too. Despite all that, Diggs showed last fall that he is one of the most dynamic athletes in the game. ... Word is, he's bulked up 10 pounds and matured quite a bit this off-season. All of that bodes well for him -- and Maryland in 2013. I talked to one rival coach who said if Diggs was at a better program, he'd be a legit Heisman candidate in 2013.

Diggs could have been at a better program. He was UF's top target for 2012.

Ditto that for tOSU. No worries for the Twerps' FB program, though. The B1G will continue to subsidize it for the next five years.

AKA Motley Crue? (Sorry...couldn't insert the umlauts). I think the shock has worn off--- at least until the next outrage in CFB haberdashery.

Maybe he just liked those crazy looking helmets.

As soon as Oregon takes the field, the "ugly uni's" controversy will return to it's epicenter in Eugene.

The sad part is that the uni in the picture isn't the ugliest uni Maryland has in their wardrobe.

True that. Oregon's are wacky sometimes but Maryland's look like a six year old designed them.
