07:26 AM ET 08.28 | It seems like an awful long time since Brian Burke swung a deal to take them at the top of the 1999 NHL draft, but Henrik and Daniel Sedin have their eyes on more time in Vancouver. The Sedins, who have only one season remaining on their discounted, five-year, $30.5-million contracts, might look at the unflattering big picture in Vancouver and decide their final $20-30 million would be better earned somewhere else. Instead, there was Henrik on Monday, the Canucks' captain, skating at UBC among the team's early arrivals and reiterating that not only do he and Danny wish to stay, they'd like to finalize contract extensions before Vancouver's regular season begins on Oct. 3. "There has been some talk," Sedin said. "Nothing really concrete, but it's getting there."

Ten cents to split and two free one-way tickets to Sverge. Why would anyone else want them? Can't-ucks ?management? (wombever that might actually be) will probably blow their bolts trying though - time for a fan revolt.

Let's just say, they just want.

Summer Olympics, diving. Its what they do best.

Also agree with your other comment. 6 mil per year for their output doesn't seem like that big a discount to me.
