01:14 PM ET 08.30 | With the Saturday deadline to trim your roster to 53 players rapidly approaching, teams are being forced to cut loose plenty of players. One of those players that learned they got the ax was Chicago Bears offensive tackle J'Marcus Webb. The team officially released the veteran offensive lineman on Friday afternoon. Entering offseason workouts and camp, Webb had started 32 straight games at left tackle for the team. Unfortunately, new head coach Marc Trestman had new plans for the vet that included a position switch to right tackle. The move didn't work out. Webb was quickly replaced by rookie Jordan Mills in the starting lineup and many people knew that the end was for Webb in Chicago was just around the corner.

Good riddance! They only need pylons for practice. It was painful to watch people walk around him like he had no arms or legs.
