09:12 AM ET 08.31 | Jake Peavy says he didn't want to leave White Sox but finds himself in great situation with first-place Red Sox. Peavy harbors one small fear about taking the mound Saturday at Fenway Park to face the team that dealt him to the Red Sox last month. When White Sox slugger Adam Dunn steps to the plate, Peavy wonders if the "big clown" will do something crazy to destroy his focus. "You don't ever know about him," Peavy said. "He could come up there and bat right-handed just because somebody dared him to and sit there and take a bunt."

What the hell happened to the White Sox? And how does Kenny Williams still have a job?

They're rebuilding without using the term. Maybe it can be termed 'stealth rebuild'. Kenny is no longer the GM. He's some sort of VP, like Epstein is for the Cubs. I don't see how under performing players can be blamed on Williams really.

The team cannot field this year and has had a hard time scoring runs. However, they have won their last five series, so whatever.

They looked sloppy in the field last night, but almost pulled off a rally.
Boston is on a hot streak and if Peavy pitches well today's game is another win--sorry.

Since I know you lack foreknowledge, no need to apologize.

5-2 lead; looking like a good forecast.
We'll see in the morning.

And it's morning, and final score was 7-2; Peavy came through against his former teammates.
