03:31 PM ET 09.05 | Well another professional athlete is in the news today when it comes to running into trouble with the law. According to reports, Gilbert Arenas has been charged with transporting more than 100 pounds of dangerous fireworks. Yes, you read that right, fireworks. What is going on with professional athletes these days? Seriously? The incident occurred back in June after he was pulled over for speeding. The police found a trunk load of fireworks in his trunk after they searched his car. Arenas could be facing up to a year in jail and up to $10,000 in fines. His next court appearance is scheduled to be next month, which will more than likely be overshadowed by Aaron Hernandez and his court date.

Simply ship him off to Afghanistan. No one would care there how much fireworks or guns he wants to use, and in what direction.

Why was his vehicle searched? It was a traffic stop.

Gilbert was simply trying to explain that the fireworks in his car was his payment for playing basketball overseas in China.

Because Arenas didn't have the sense to tell the cops; "No. I don't give you permission to search my vehicle."

That's why.

Another DUMB move by Agent '0'. I'm starting to believe Gilberts mission in life is to live up to the moniker Agent'0', with much emphasis on the ZERO!!!!.
