07:05 AM ET 09.06 | In describing Jay Cutler's adaptation to the new offense, Marc Trestman broke out some words not often associated with the Bears' quarterback. "He's been very efficient," the coach said, "and has been very even-keeled throughout training camp and OTAs." Trestman said the fiery Cutler "does feel comfortable" with the scheme, as he prepares for its regular-season unveiling Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Cutler, however, hedged his statement. "Only as comfortable as I could be up to this point," he said. ... "But in the new offense and where we're at right now, I think this is probably the most comfortable I've felt in a new offense, and not having as many reps as somebody in Year 2 or 3 in a new offense."

If they get good QB play this year, then they very well might be the best team in the AFC.

Yippy......And Big Geno and Carlos Dunlap will be meeting him in the backfield a few times making him feel very uncomfortable.

On paper they are stacked. This could be Marvin's year to make a substantial push. If not I don't see him being in Cincy much longer. Remember Dungy in Tampa?

I think Dalton is ready to really step up this year.

What else is he gonna say? That he's as uncomfortable as Aaron Hernandez' b-hole?

He doesn't have to carry the team, just be good. I can see it.
