07:07 AM ET 09.06 | Credit Beno Udrih for his optimism. [Udrih], the Knicks 31-year-old backup point guard who signed as a free agent last month, won two titles with the Spurs. Now he wants his new teammates thinking title from Day 1 of training camp, which begins Sept. 30. "I believe our team can go as far as going to the Finals," Udrih told The Post at Ashe Stadium in his first remarks since signing. "We have to think like that from the first practice. We can be very good. It all depends how seriously we're going to take it. "We all believe we can go really far. And our goal from the beginning has to be win it all because we know we're going to be in the playoffs. Our mentality from the first practice has to be: we want to win a championship."

It seems that NYC is the place to be for the good dope.

Delusional just like most Knick fans.

That's A Nice Fantasy, Bro.

Knicks are embarrassing themselves even before the season starts. Fail.
If Amare goes down, or if 'Melo sits more than10-15 games they might end up with a really low seed in the very very weak eastern conference.
And teams like Heat, Spurs, OKC, Clippers that DO have a realistic chance to winning, are silent and focused.

Oh my oh my. This phrase must be uttered as part of every new knick player's contact.

the Knicks are stuck with this crappy team for at least 2 more years....

if Melo ends up leaving because he does not want to play with the 38 million dollar cap waste space of Amare and Chandler for yet another year AFTER this season the Knicks will have absolutely nothing.

And I envision hitting Power Ball before my 57th birthday.

Maybe he can join up with the cavs for their championship run this season ..lololololololololololololThe emergency room is on line one...they need you to pick up Kyrie and Bynum

Considering that some of the Knicks (JR Smith)are already proclaiming themselves Champions for this upcoming season and that the one genius in particular just got suspended for pot I wouldn't put it past another monumental collapse by the Knicks this season.
