03:50 PM ET 09.10 | After being sandwiched between two New York Giants defenders, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo lay on the ground. Many feared his ribs were broken in an early season game again. X-rays showed that there were no breaks, just bruises, and he should not miss any practice time. In addition, Romo won't wear any extra padding like he did after breaking ribs against the San Francisco 49ers in 2011.

The guy might choke during the big game but there's no denying his willingness to play hurt.

Romo takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Cowboys were given an early Christmas gift.

Romo is tough, but tough guys work in the warehouse.

Actually Romo works for the Dallas Cowboys. He's the quarterback. Just signed a huge contract extension.

You're thinking of someone else.

I'm guessing the Cowboys will accept those gifts all year long. Shoot, enough gifts to qualify for the playoffs and then a couple more on the way to a trophy sounds nice to me.

I hope everyone is as giving as the Giants. Gifts packaged as wins are pretty sweet.

Even when haters don't give any credit for them.

Newsflash Bro...Santa ain't real.

The Giants turned the ball over six times. Either Dallas' defense is a lot more effective than anyone admits or Santa is in fact, real.

Or it was a fluke, but that's not an acceptable explanation.

I prefer the Santa thing, or better yet Dallas' defense being really effective.

You've probably seen Romo, you seem to be a warehouse guy.

More than likely they go down the same pole after a long day spent in the warehouse.

Anybody who had paid any attention to the NFL for the past decade and thinks he's in a good place with Romo is probably sucking Rex Ryan's wifes other foot.

If your going to give up 450 passing yards you better get a bunch of turnovers.
