07:16 AM ET 09.12 | This hasn't been a very good week for Ndamukong Suh, who is already in the news for his $100,000 fine -- and now this. According to a Birmingham police report, Suh confronted the employee with a pellet gun around 9 p.m. on Aug. 16 when the employee was in Suh's yard trying to fix the cable for another home. Comcast employee Spencer Ferrell, 22, told police the utility pole holding the cable service box he was fixing was in the service residence's backyard, right next to a fence shared with Suh's home. Ferrell told police the box could only be accessed by going through Suh's yard, and after bringing his tools into the yard, Suh came out of his garage waving the pellet gun in "an intimidating manner." After listening to Suh yell, Ferrell said he returned to his work truck and called his supervisor and 911.

If those facts are accurate I have to give Suh a pass on this <gag>. I wouldn't be thrilled with some stranger in my backyard either.

If a man wants to walk on your property, even for a valid reason, he should knock on your door and ask permission first.

Ya' wanna' bet they were suppose to be there between 8:00 and 12:00 and was late? ...

Send NDonkeyKong Suh to Syria, as soon as Congress approves "cleats on the ground."

Sort of like courting your daughter.

As big as he is just walking over to the cable guy and asking what he was doing would have been suffice. The cable guy would have crapped his pants.

Line him up against Assad. That would put an end to his reign.

My daughter is a 2nd degree blackbelt. I make sure the guy knows that!

I suppose that's another good reason to have an NRA sticker on your front door, too.

If someone was in my backyard, unannounced, at 9pm at night, I'd come out with more than just a pellet gun.

He would certainly need a new pair of trousers.

I don't give Suh many breaks, but I have to let him slide on this one. An unknown person in your backyard at 9 PM? I don't know what else Suh could do.

Se you're telling them she's very flexible....useful info

I'm letting them know she could hurt them real bad.

As you know in Texas, the castle law exists. Shoot and ask questions later.
