Don't count on any Eagles trades

07:13 AM ET 09.24 | Bigtime trades are rare in the NFL, and rarer still during the season, but, as Joe Banner's Browns and Ryan Grigson's Colts showed nearly a week ago, not impossible. Eagles general manager Howie Roseman worked alongside both and made trades with both. He also has made more trades than any NFL executive since he was promoted in 2010. But Roseman said on Monday it's unlikely that the Eagles will make a deal before the Oct. 29 trade deadline. "I would say no, because historically, there aren't a lot of trades to be made between now and Oct. 29," Roseman said after his weekly radio show. "I will say that we'll explore anything we can to try to improve our team now and moving forward. But based on the history of it, it's hard to say that's a likely scenario."

Has Denver locked up home field in the AFC yet?

It's gonna be tough, having to go through Denver in the playoffs.

Interesting quirk in their schedule when they play KC twice in 3 weeks with a road game at N.E. sandwiched between.

I'm looking forward to Chip trying to outpace the Bronx at Mile High. They'll be gassed in the 2nd quarter.

How will the networks ever find enough time between plays to plug their rubbish TV shows?
