07:11 AM ET 09.26 | What a difference a few months makes for Mikel Leshoure, who has gone from starter to fall-back option. [Leshoure] said he's frustrated by his reduced role this fall but has not asked the Lions for a trade. As for reports that he's open to a deal, well, Leshoure didn't exactly deny it. "I just want to play," he said. "I want to play. Like I said before, there's a lot of speculation just because of the fact that I'm not on the field and people just wondering what's going on. But I want to play." ... He said he talked with Lions general manager Martin Mayhew at the start of the season and was told he's not on the trading block. The Indianapolis Colts inquired about acquiring Leshoure before they traded for Trent Richardson last week, and several other teams reached out about Leshoure during training camp.

Since 1950, Detroit has lost 60% of its population.

Everybody wants out.

If it wasn't for their history, I think Detroit might have been a good candidate to send to London or LA.

It's Detroit..even the rats have left.

Schwartz is a prime rib idiot. And you think because the Lions are winning football games that that will revive a bankrupt, burnt out city one of whose primary contributions to culture is "Devil's Night"? Dude, it's worse now in reality than it was in "Robocop."

Trade him for Luck.

Too bad they moved from Pontiac.

"Mad Max, Beyond Silverdome" would be a better title than "Mad Max, Beyond Ford Field."

There just has to be something in the water in Detroit. (McMillan, Titus Young, Suh, Nick Fairley, Leshoure, Aaron Berry, Johnny Culbreath, Barry chose to leave in his prime when he could have put the rushing yards record so far out there nobody would EVER touch it). You go to Detroit and it all falls apart or you decide to bolt.

I dunno. Ask him.

Environmental issues.
