Get used to this headline Pats fans.

The Globe is reporting they will play.

But get used to variations of this thread.

Pats are getting by, but just.

Yeah. It's become Boston Pravda.

When the NY Times bought the Globe 20 years ago, they paid $1.1 Billion. They sold it for $70 million a few months back, to John Henry, owner of the Red Sox.

With it's variations: highly unlikely, not likely, doubtful, dubious, debatable, questionable, uncertain. and when good to go - Likely.

The bar is very low for journalists these days. Seems they attract the crowd that flunks out of tollbooth school!

Whole lot of papers could make that claim. The Ft. Worth Star Telegram was our sports bible in the 70's when I was in Abilene.

Now it's the New York Post.

For once, Gronkowski is being responsible. He was burned coming back too soon last year but that was the playoffs. This is a September road game that the most prognosticators have long marked down as a "L" for the Pats. Gronk has all along planned to return in week 6 and I think that is exactly how this will play out.

Rob Gronkowski--Questionable (arm, back)
Danny Amendola--Questionable (groin)
Aaron Hernandez--Questionable (prison)

Why won't these guys retire or something so reporters can stop speculating on their availability?

Neither player traveled with the team to Atlanta.

They just made it official. Out and Out.

Word is they are out out out. Why do I get the feeling Gronk will come back and have another injury and his career becomes toast like. Hate to see it but he has that kind of build, when he hits the ground, he really hits the ground.

Give Hernandez enough time in prison, and he'll be complaining of groin, arm and back pain too ;)
