07:50 PM ET 09.30 | The Cleveland Browns are rolling after a second straight win that has brought them to a .500 record. In their division, that puts them in a three-way tie for first. Part of the resurgence has been the role of quarterback Brian Hoyer over the last two games. Hoyer has completed 55 of 92 passes for 590 yards and five touchdowns in those two wins. He has thrown three interceptions though, all of which came in his first win and start over the Minnesota Vikings. The Bills are also 2-2 and are coming off a win to the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens. The Browns have the benefit of hosting the Bills and could lean on home field advantage to get onto the winning side of .500.

The snippets I've seen the past 2 weeks on the Brown's on RedZone show Josh Gordon pretty much being the reason for the wins. Hoyer is riding some coattails.

Exciting news, indeed, for our Cleveand area colleagues. Of course we were equally disappointed here in Houston when Kubiak reiterated his support for Houston's version of Romo.

It's the Browns.

Speaking of Romo - just heard Witten refer it him as "elite" in ESPN.....as a cowboys fan I know better. Witten also called their wins over the Giants and Tams
, wins over "quality" opponents.."...God help us, JJ has brainwashed them all!

The word "Elite" has lost all meaning.

It's become the equivalent of a participation award.

Whatever it takes to make them feel like they're competitive.

Ya well who the heck else is there to play. Pretty soon his karma will wear off too and he will be jo average and the Browns will be square one.

Pretty certain that they will have any illusions of being competitive removed this Sunday.

He's not the only offensive weapon. TE Jordan Cameron has been having a Gronk like season with 5 TD catches so far.

Not true. While having Gordon back definitely added to the offense, Hoyer has been making throws people EXPECTED Weedon would make....however, Weedon did not show either the accuracy and absolutely did not show the touch on some passes that Hoyer has shown CONSISTENTLY so far. So Hoyer had a lesser run attack to compliment the passing game but you think he is riding coattails huh? Guess that is all you watched...some highlight snippets. I watch the games...and Hoyer is doing MUCH better than Weedon was. It is now his job to keep or lose. He had a bad second half in his first game but pulled it together for a great fourth quarter drive. Played much better the whole game against Cincy. If he continues to improve starting him will be the best decision the Browns made!

That word lost its meaning when ELI Manning PROCLAIMED HIMSELF one of the elite QB's!!

God knows nobody else was gonna make that statement on his behalf!

Its been Jordan Cameron to the rescue! He's already got 5 TD's and this has taken a lot of heat off Gordon!
