07:13 AM ET 10.02 | Consider the competition very much back on. Unhappy with the recent performance by Adam Podlesh, the Chicago Bears put on a tryout for six punters Tuesday at Halas Hall, multiple sources told the Tribune. [ Brian Moorman, Mat McBriar] and former Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe were the most experienced veterans involved in the tryout. Also included were Drew Butler, the son of former Bears kicker Kevin Butler, T.J. Conley and Tress Way, who was with the team in training camp and preseason. It is not known if the Bears are doing due diligence and seeing what is available while shaping up a list of free agents or if they are actively seeking to replace Podlesh. Multiple sources said they did not believe a signing was imminent but that could change.

I'd review cheerleader video and select the one with the best form on her high kicks. Also the one with the most prodigious hooters. Of course, that would be for my tryout, not theirs.

They will consult you when the opportunity *knocks*. ;)

Ray Guy is younger than me. They should give him another chance.

I'm sure a few of them can kick but most of them would just be a bust.

They were just bored and needed some entertainment... like bringing jesters into the king's court

Actually I think it's more like bringing deposed kings into the jesters court.
