07:19 AM ET 10.08 | Yes, Carmelo Anthony is on the move. Not to Los Angeles. Not yet, anyway. The Knicks' star is all but certain to be moving back to his old haunt, the small forward position, after primarily playing at power forward last season, the place where he finished third in the MVP voting. That was then. This is now. Even after the most successful season of his career, including only his second trip to the second round of the playoffs, it's time to go back to the spot where he made his name. "That's what got me here," Anthony said. He knows it might trigger an intense debate among Knick fans who think he should stay at power forward and continue to give his team a mismatch at the position. They saw him take advantage of his quickness and mobility against bigger, slower "fours" and it played a major part in Anthony's best-ever finish in the MVP race.

What's the difference? The Knicks will never win another title until they get a better owner.

Does he have a choice? He played PF by necessity because Amare was injured for most of the year. They have 2 players now at PF and he would make 3. That's too crowded and they have nobody at SF. Pretty simple. No explanation needed.

QUOTE(#5):

Nah, knick fans are used to guys that don't defend and take volume shotsIf he was just a little bit older...... he'd be the perfect player

He may seem young but 1 slow white NBA guy year equals 1.5 black NBA guy year so really he's pushing 40 already.
