11:07 AM ET 10.08 | Heading into Houston to take on the struggling Texans, St. Louis Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher has named RB Zac Stacy his starter. To this point, Daryl Richardson has been a disappointment for the Rams, and Stacy has taken advantage of every opportunity that he has been given. Stacy took over as the starting tailback last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. After racking up 78 yards on 14 carries, Jeff Fisher said via the Rams' official Twitter, "He'll probably start the game off, just like he did yesterday.", and, "Would've liked to see him get more carries, but that's the way the game went."

I guess RBs aren't a dime a dozen.

He's wearing Lawrence McCutcheon's old number, so I foresee good things for this kid.

He's still works as in the front office of the Rams, I believe. I can't believe his number wasn't retired.

Would have been nice if the Rams had some sort of plan in place to replace Steven Jackson's production when they decided not to bring him back.

Having a plan isn't a strength of this organization.
