Martellus Bennett to be game-time decision

03:59 PM ET 10.09 | Chicago Bears tight end Martellus Bennett has been a huge part of this passing offense early on. After winning the first three games of the season, the Chicago Bears have lost the last two games and are looking to bounce back against the New York Giants on Thursday. Bennett and Cutler have been on the same page as Cutler found him for nearly 300 yards and three touchdowns on 25 receptions. Their biggest hook-up was that game winning touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2. Bennett got his legs hit out from under him this past Sunday against the New Orleans Saints, which caused him to land on the top of his head.

0-6 GMen?

Alas, this game could expose the Bears for what they are not either on offense with an at time erratic Cutler and on defense with a rash of injuries. As a betting man, I might be tempted by the point spread to bet Giants.

I think the NY Giants get their first win this week.

The Bears have Forte and nothing else on offense that works right now. The Gmen's D might be the elixir.

On D, the only thing the Bears do right is get interceptions. Hm, I wonder how Eli ranks in that category?

The Bears win in a walk.

0-16.

I'm sure happy about Martellus Bennett being in Chicago instead of Dallas. Really can't believe he's still in the league.

When you really get down to it, aren't we all game time decisions?

October 10, 2013  10:35 AM ET

Bears need to win! I've been talking way too much trash to Giants fans this year. Instant Karma's gonna get me.

I think 1-15. They'll get lucky once or some team will have a worse game than them.
