07:18 AM ET 10.10 | It didn't take long for center Joakim Noah to prove how excited he was for Chicago's trip to Brazil. He wore his bathing suit under his pants on the airplane, and as soon as the team bus arrived at the hotel, he was running for the beach. Now, if only the Bulls can get Noah up and running in preseason games. A strained groin has kept Noah out of the first two exhibition victories, and while he continued to take strides in practice Wednesday, Noah was still iffy for the game Saturday against the Wizards. "He's really moving well," coach Tom Thibodeau said. ... "I don't want to push it right now. After the next two days of practice, we'll see where he is. He's close. It could be the next game or the game after that." Noah's hope was sooner than later.

Blame It On Rio, Bro.

Noah is more important to the Bulls than Rose. Defense is their mantra.

He shouldn't be exercising at all. He needs to rest that strained groin and let it heal.

Even with a healthy Rose and Noah, this team lacks too much. I don't expect them to finish ahead of Miami, Brooklyn, or Indiana.

I think that if they are all healthy they are at least 3rd best in the East.

I doubt it. Don't sleep on the Pacers.

First thing I've agreed with you on in weeks.

Groin injuries have a way of lingering. Even though Noah's was supposed to be a slight strain, if not properly rested, he'll feel that slight strain all season long.

Wouldn't be a bad thing to rest him right up until the last couple practices before the regular season starts. After all, we're talkin' about *practice*, here.
