07:12 AM ET 10.11 | What's ailing quarterback Colin Kaepernick? [Kaepernick] has not missed any practice time but he is back on the 49ers' injury report this week with an undisclosed foot injury. Kaepernick has taken part in full practices and is expected to play without any limitations Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. However, 49ers offensive coordinator Greg Roman declined Thursday to shed any light on Kaepernick's condition. "I'm not going to really talk about the injury report," Roman said. "I'm going to respectfully leave that to coach Harbaugh or (head trainer) Jeff Ferguson." Coach Jim Harbaugh last spoke to the media on Wednesday -- about four hours before the team concludes practice and the practice participation report is released. Ferguson is not allowed to speak with the media, per team policy.

Harbaugh is pulling a Belichick with the injury reports.

They're only playing the Cardinals, so the weekend doesn't look particularly Grimm.

Go ask the guy who's NOT allowed to speak to the media......I guess that beets No Comment.....

"Harbaugh shrugged off the problem, saying the whole thing was an experiment that he learned from, but that the QB job was now Alex Smith's once again. Smith was unavailable for comment, as he was apparently not in the San Francisco area."

"Meanwhile, Aldon Smith is reportedly making great progress in his recruiting efforts at rehab centers and jails around the southwest, according to unnamed sources. Smith, who is working undercover, posing as a drunk, drugged-up, assault-weapon-toting thug, has gained unprecidented access to many NFL prospects who are off limits to recruiters using standard methods of contact."

No coach manipulates an injury report better.

"Harbaugh is counting on Smith to continue his recruiting juggernaut at the Penitentiary level, where there is rumored to be a talented Tight End who could help the team."

You can't compare Harbaugh with Belichick. Harbaugh doesn't cheat and he believes in good sportsmanship. Therefore, the two are night and day. In short, Harbaugh flushes things better than Belichick, every day...

And the #1 reason is.............He don't have Alex Smith looking over his shoulder and he's not worried abut losing that starting position....there's no pressure on him now.
