11:05 AM ET 10.12 | An excerpt of Bobby Orr's book includes his views on fighting in the NHL: "The opinions I???m about to share need to be understood in the right context. Allow me to begin this section by noting that fighting in minor hockey is something that should not be tolerated. Two peewee teams engaged in a bench-clearing brawl is something that simply has no place in our game, and shame on those people who allow such things to occur. However, there???s always another side to every story, and so it is when it comes to fighting in pro-level hockey."

Thank you, Mr. Orr

Never fails that when you start to think the art of telling a story has gone to hell in a hand basket, something comes along that reminds you how well it can be done.

Excellent story, Canuck.

For anyone that has any trouble with all the u tubbing, and the bells and whistles of this site, I turn off the adbe shockwve add on before coming here, and everything works lickitysplit again. If you should really want to see the vid posted though, the comment window offers the option to manage your add ons settings right there in each window.

I downloaded the 'Flashblock' Add-on from Mozilla. Works like a charm. Now the highly annoying Flash Player works only when I click the 'F' symbol right on the page without monkeying around with the settings elsewhere.

I don't normally post commercials but this time there might actually be something worth watching on the CBC.

I consider myself fortunate to have seen him play at the old Gahden.
