Danny Amendola has full abductor tear

04:33 PM ET 10.13 | The New England Patriots got Danny Amendola back last Sunday after losing him to injury in Week 1 with what was reported as a groin injury, but it now appears the oft-injured receiver has a more serious abductor injury. Amendola was supposed to replace the production of departed receiver Wes Welker, and in Week 1, Amendola was impressive, catching 10 passes for 104 yards. Some of that came after he suffered the groin injury that has kept him out since. If he in fact is dealing with a desperate injury to the degree of a torn adductor muscle, don't expect to see him produce at a high rate at any point this season.

Looked to me like he thought he'd survived a plane crash after that hit today. Disoriented, wobbly, had that where-am-I look all the way to the sidelines.

Blatant head shot from one of the Saints mercenaries for sure. Loved the look on those losers faces when they lost after spending 5 minutes on the sidelines celebrating their "near" victory.

It was good to see that Brady still has a little bit of magic left.

You went cheap on a WR who can't stay on the field. You might still be winning but your QB certainly isn't happy.

pretty sure he didn't know were he was after that hit last night

Yep.And I'm still pissed about the team signing Amendola and letting Welker walk.

Welker and to a lesser extent Woodhead.
